Terms and Conditions of Use

The use of TAWASUL TELECOM Web Site (the “Web Site”) is subject to and governed by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

1. By entering, viewing or using the Web Site in any way, the User unconditionally subscribes to and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein as may be amended from time to time.
2. TAWASUL TELECOM reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting, in which case the User shall be deemed to have automatic notice of any and all such modifications to the Terms and Conditions and shall be bound by them in the modified Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
3. In addition to the Terms and Conditions, use of the Secured Web Access for Customers and Partners shall be subject to and governed by additional terms and conditions specific to and contained in the applicable portal site ("Applicable Terms and Conditions"). In the event of conflict, the Applicable Terms and Conditions shall have precedence.
4. Except as may be otherwise provided to Customers and Partners via the Secured Web Access and subject to the express Applicable Terms and Conditions governing the same, information published on the Web Site is provided for information purposes only and is designed to familiarize Users with TAWASUL TELECOM and different aspects of it such as its products, services and activities. TAWASUL TELECOM shall use reasonable endeavours to provide the latest approved available information. However, the User understands and acknowledges that TAWASUL TELECOM makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of information published on the Web Site and assumes no liability with respect thereto. The User understands that such information may be incomplete or outdated and may include technical inaccuracies, typographical errors or outdated information and the User shall use any information published therein at his own risk. TAWASUL TELECOM reserves the right to change, update, modify and/or improve the content of the Web Site and any information therein contained at any time without notice to the User.
5. TAWASUL TELECOM shall not be liable to any User or Users for any delay in providing or restoring the Web Site or for the content or resources available in connection therewith.
6. The Web Site may contain links to third party sites. Such links shall be provided for the User's convenience only and shall not constitute any endorsement by TAWASUL TELECOM of the linked websites or their contents. TAWASUL TELECOM has no control over the such sites, the contents thereof or information contained therein and assumes no responsibility with respect thereto.
7. The User shall not attempt to gain nor gain unauthorized access, through hacking or any other means, to any services, other accounts, computer systems or networks provided for, administered or owned by TAWASUL TELECOM via the Web Site or otherwise.
8. Links to the Web Site may be created from any other website (the "Linked Website") subject to the following conditions:
1. The Linked Website shall not replicate the content of the Website.
2. The Linked Website shall not imply that Tawasul Telecom approves of or endorses it, the company it represents and/or its products.
3.  The Linked Website shall not provide wrong, outdated or inaccurate information on the products, services and/or activities of Tawasul Telecom.
4. Except with the prior express written approval of Tawasul Telecom, the Linked Website may not use the Tawasul Telecom logo and shall cease any and all such use immediately upon a request by Tawasul Telecom to end such use.
5. The Linked Website shall not include content that could be construed as unpleasant, libelous, controversial or indecent. The content of the Linked Website must be suitable for all ages.
6. All links to the Web Site shall be removed upon written request by Tawasul Telecom to do so.
9. Intellectual Property Rights:
1. The content of the Web Site is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property rights.
2. The content of the Web Site (including but not limited to information, communications, software, images, sounds, texts, logos, graphics, trademarks, audios or videos) is provided by TAWASUL TELECOM, its content providers and third parties. The said content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, transferred, distributed, published, downloaded, posted or transmitted in whole or in part in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of TAWASUL TELECOM.
3. The User may view and download material which is ordinarily available on the Web Site for the User's personal and non-commercial use and for the purposes for which such material is provided by TAWASUL TELECOM provided all copy right and propriety notices are kept intact by the User.
4. No copyright or proprietary rights are conferred on the User by TAWASUL TELECOM as a result of the provision of information or material on the Web Site.
